My dad is 6’3 I think, my mom is 5’5 and I don’t know how tall are my grandparents (mom side) but my grandpa is like an inch shorter than me and my granda looks like she is around 5’1

I do the biggest loser weight loss yoga and some videos I find on youtube. With practice I started doing a forearm stand in front of a wall so I could slowly learn how to balance without killing myself first

fat is fat and muscle is muscle you can’t magically turn one into the other. You can lose fat and gain muscle at the same time if that’s what you mean..
